5 new barbershops in Toronto making noise right now
The barber scene in Toronto is in full stride. The renaissance is for real, and the cultural move massive across the city and the Greater Toronto Area.
And interestingly even more so on the client side.
People are more educated than ever when it comes to haircare, and taking their cuts and fades super seriously. Tight, clean and fresh on the regular is a must.
That said a new crop of barbers and hair stylists have opened up their own spaces offering some serious service and quality. Since their debuts they've built a solid reputation and loyal following.
Here are 5 of the newest barbershops in Toronto making a lot of noise right now.

1. Cadmen Barbershop Queen West (4.9 Google rating)
Having opened their downtown Toronto location just a year ago, these guys are definitely making some noise in the barbering scene. All we've heard about Cadmen is the ultimate service they provide for their clients. They've significantly stepped up in comparison to other shops in the city and thankfully so! People, if you are looking for a cool vibe with some of the most talented and creative in the city, then Cadmen comes highly recommended.
2. Queen West Barbers (4.7 Google rating)
Situated on the popular Queen West strip west of Bathurst St. you'll find a new two-story barbershop headed by two very well known Toronto barbers who have years of experience between them.
A talented crew of barbers could be found here and the vibe is open and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.
3. Bloc East (5.0 Google rating)
Situated in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto, Bloc East is a hybrid space of talented stylists and barbers offering cuts, beard trims, colouring and microblading. Their diverse service list and strong dedication to customer experience and quality rivals some of the best in the city. If you're out east then you'll find killer fades and good vibes here, 100!4. Juice Toronto (5.0 Google rating)
Juice’s approach to the barbershop space is refreshing. Their space has a modern feel with super clean aesthetics. Along with their talented hair stylists and barbers their goal is to cultivate a community where people can come in for their appointment, but also swing by and hang out, a tribute of sorts to the old barbershop traditions. For quality work, beautiful styling and sick cuts swing by Juice on Ossington.
5. Re.Formed (5.0 Google rating)
So far so good for Re.formed, the newest barbershop in the Parkdale neighbourhood. It's a nice clean minimal setup, offering top quality with the local Parkdale edge. They officially opened in June and have gotten great reviews already, so if you are in the hood drop by for a fresh cut and give these guys a run.
And that's the list of new barbershops we think are making major noise right now. If you are in Toronto and looking for a cut then drop by one of these spots, they'll get you looking fresh straight away.
